Party Policy

  • ​All guests must wear socks as per local health guidelines

  • Outside food items are permitted with the exception of nut products and alcohol

  • Party deposits are non-refundable

  • 48hrs notice is required for a one-time party deposit transfer

  • Room capacities include both children and adults and are set by the city

  • Using silly string, confetti, sparklers, having a cake smash, or causing excessive mess will result in a minimum $25 cleaning fee. This includes but is not limited to, damaging our vinyl table cover, damaging the walls by using adhesive tape for decorations. Painters tape is approved.

  • Early access to the reserved party room is not guaranteed.

  • The party fee includes admission for up to 10 children, an extra charge will apply for additional kids (loyalty cards cannot be used towards additional kids)

  • Table settings are provided for each child, adult settings are not included.

  • If you have booked a face painter and wish to cancel within 48 hours of the party, there will be a 50% charge to cover the booked performer ​​
