Come on in for casual play without a booking -- Tables are not reserved so bring your picnic and play for the day! Bookings are required for Birthday Parties. Unreserved Birthday Parties will not be accommodated. For schools, groups, day cares and organizations book online (find it under Schools) or contact your neighbourhood Play Abby to make a booking.

Parental supervision at Play Abby is required at all times.

Our 2-level space themed laser tag arena provides safe and competitive play for anyone over 5 years of age. Each game is 12 minutes long. All players will need to complete a waiver before playing. A team member will go over all details and rules with all players before starting the game. We recommend booking your game ahead of time (online or on-site) and giving yourself up to 20 minutes for orientation and game time.

Yes! Just wear your socks, watch your head and try and keep up!

Socks are required by the local health regulations. No worries if you've forgotten! Socks are available for purchase at the front desk.

Each admission grants you all day play!

Yes, bring your picnic! Outside food items are permitted with the exception of nut products and alcohol. We also offer a variety of snacks and beverages if you're extra hungry! Cakes, cupcakes and party decorations are not permitted unless you have an active party reservation.

There are many ways to share the gift of play with Play Abby! Purchase a Play Pass for your friends or purchase a Play It Forward Play Pass to share with your community! Visit your neighbourhood Play Abby to learn more. Passes are not transferable between locations. Play It Forward Passes can be redeemed by anyone, maximum 2 per family and once per month.

A liability insurance certificate is required for any third party vendors to do business on the premises. This insurance is to be provided before the date of the party to be verified and confirmed.

Room capacities are determined by local regulations to ensure we stay within the building’s overall capacity. Play Abby strictly follows these rules. If you’re expecting extra guests, give your local Play Abby a call to see if we can make it work!

A Face Painter stays up to one hour and can paint up to 15 children in the hour.
